Daily Deposit offers an easier accounting solution for your practice. While you tend to your patients, your accountant will (if you allow it) be able to access your records and complete your financial statements without having to interrupt your work.

There are 6 main steps to Daily Deposit. First you review any appointments that are now in the past that are still pending. You can either mark them as missed or cancelled. You can also go to Payments & Procedures if you forgot to record the procedures you did. You will next review both procedures completed and payments made to ensure it is accurate before proceeding. Daily Deposit also arranges checks by deposit date to ensure that checks are deposited promptly. Once you complete, the deposit, simply print your deposit slip. Before you head to the bank, you can review the entries that need to be made to your general ledger. Lastly, while you were busy preparing the deposit, DDS Works was busy preparing statements to send. You can quickly review the statements that were produced by parameters you control and choose which ones to send.
