Managed Dual Internet Connections
If you are concerned about Internet Connectivity, DDS Works offers you a unique solution. We will setup your office with a special kind of router that is able to “load balance”. That means that your office is connected to the Internet, and therefore to DDS Works, with 2 independent connections.
Due to the nature of the way DSL and cable connections are maintained, they do not rely on the same infrastructure. Therefore if either service is experiencing technical difficulty, the other is not affected by it.
Both DSL and cable connections are very reliable as a standalone service. DDS Works can give you the added peace of mind of dual connections.
Hardware Support
We will always do our best to point you in the right direction whenever you have a problem and offer whatever knowledge we have. Sometimes, assistance isn’t enough.
DDS Works also offers you complete support on the computers in your office, your printers, your internal network including wireless networks. With one call to us, your problem is handled!
We offer a bundle of optional hardware related services or you may pick and choose the additional services you would like.
